Vegan diet is similar with vegetarian diet,
but doesn't include eggs, milk and all other
animal derived ingredients. Also this diet doesn't use products that are tested
on animal, nor clothes made with hide, wool, and chamois.

vegan diet includes all grains, legumes, vegetables and fruits and the nearly
infinite number of foods made by combining them.
Currently, are many foods
that replaced the meat, for example: Soya that is a species of legume native to
Asia and is use in replace for milk, hamburger, yogurt, etc. Other replace is
Gluten that is a protein found in certain grains.
Is more important investigate
about this diet because these person that follow this can have nutrients deficiency
mainly vitamins B that meet in products animal. In fruits and vegetables is very
little the quantity of this vitamins because is not available for his condition
of oxidation and the body not assimilate this elements.
Ones I tasted a chocolate hazelnut milk and I surprised because It was very delicious!

ResponderBorrarI believe that people should do what feels right for them, but always respecting the individuality of others. I don't like it when someone tries to convince you that it's wrong to eat meat or the opposite; that someone says a person is weird for being vegan or vegetarian.
